A yoga practice designed just for you and tailored to support and guide you through any aches or pains related to pregnancy or early postpartum.

1 hour private class $65/class or 3 classes for $175.

Prenatal/Postnatal Package

Let’s tailor a program just for you and your changing needs. Package includes 6 private prenatal classes and 4 private postpartum classes. Email to learn more and book.

Small Group Events

Great for baby showers, 1st birthdays, or mama + me play dates, these classes are customized to your group preferences and ensure a fun and memorable experience.
