Pamela Wilson RYT 200, RPYT

Pamela began practicing yoga in 2010 when she moved to Shanghai, China, seeking a moment to slow down and rest in a busy, fast-paced, and energetic new city. Her passion for yoga deepened during her time in Rishikesh, India, where she completed her 200-hour teacher training in 2014. This experience laid the foundation for her teaching style, which emphasizes using yoga as a way release stress, exercise, and slow down.

After having her first baby in 2024, Pamela expanded her practice by completing her prenatal/postnatal certification. Yoga played a crucial role in her journey through pregnancy, labor and delivery, and postpartum healing, and helped her navigate challenges and a rapidly changing body with grace, peace, and strength. As a mom, Pamela understands firsthand the importance of self-care and mindful movement in the busy phases of life.

Pamela is dedicated to creating a supportive, understanding, and nurturing space for her students. Her classes blend her personal experiences with a deep understanding breath work and movement, offering a space where students can find calm and reconnect with their bodies.

Join Pamela on the mat to unwind, realign, and find a moment of peace amidst the chaos of motherhood.
