Today! At YogaHome, we specialize in prenatal yoga and only offer poses that are safe throughout pregnancy.

Yoga is safe throughout the entirety of pregnancy with some mamas even staying in yoga poses during active labor, right before they start pushing. Different trimesters may require slight modifications based on your body and how you're feeling, but it's perfectly safe (and greatly beneficial) to keep up a regular yoga practice even at 40+ weeks.

Yes! If your due date is in the middle of a prenatal session, but you still want to register, we'll happily adjust your payment to reflect only the classes you're able to join. Please send an email to pamela@yogahomeokc.com to get set up!

We suggest wearing comfortable clothes that allow your body to move freely. Yoga pants and a t-shirt are great options. As possible, please avoid perfumes and strong fragrances.

If you have one, please bring a mat and water with you to each class. If you forget a mat, don't worry, we'll always have mats to rent - for free!
